The automation is designed to augment human effort. You agree not to abuse the system via botting, scraping, or spamming application portals beyond reasonable human-supervised limits.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, brand assets, and interface designs are the exclusive property of Autofit Resume AI. However, you retain full ownership of the data you upload (resumes, contact info) and the final content generated specifically for your applications.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOFIT RESUME AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We are not responsible for the decisions made by employers or third-party job boards, nor for any technical failures on external platforms that may impede the application process.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings. Autofit Resume AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, specifically those involved in fraudulent activity or system abuse, without prior notice.
